sibhusky Posted December 12 Author Report Posted December 12 If only I were 70 again... I hit Super Senior status a few years ago. I have two pairs of skis, both pretty old. Nordica Hell 'n' Backs for powder and K2 iKonic 84xTi for groomers. A third pair is still in use for the first few days of a season, but those have 300 days on them and decidedly showing their age. But the iKonics have 2 layers of metal and require aggression and confidence to perform, so they don't come out until I'm feeling that way. 4 Quote

Hey I always try and guess on the low side but way to get after it…we all appreciate your fantastic pictures from Montana. My Montana friend sold his house in Bozeman last year that he purchased in 2005 and moved back to the Boston area to take care of his elderly mom. Whats funny is he now has an Ikon pass which gets hiM five days at blue mountain. I’ve only skied with him at Bridger bowl, Big Sky, Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole…never Blue…crazier things have happened. Philpug skied with us at Blue like 18 years ago because he lost a bet with me and he had a blast!!!! Quote
sibhusky Posted December 14 Author Report Posted December 14 Day 5 (yesterday). Empty again. Can't imagine why🤣. This was before it got bad. It normally improves. Not sure why I'm handling it better this year. PXL_20241213_185017910~3.mp4 2 Quote
sibhusky Posted Sunday at 08:53 PM Author Report Posted Sunday at 08:53 PM Day 6. The locals realized the resort was open and skipped church, so I moved over to slower lifts, including the T-bar to Whisky Spring, which I haven't done in a few years. 6 Quote

GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted yesterday at 01:31 AM Report Posted yesterday at 01:31 AM I hope you always put the bar down that’s a heck of a cliff…no footrests on that one but I don’t mind a little dangle unless the winds get crazy 1 Quote
sibhusky Posted yesterday at 04:59 AM Author Report Posted yesterday at 04:59 AM It's a steep lift ride. The first year it was open they had to evacuate people from it. I never ride it unless I've hit the ladies' room recently. 1 Quote
