McConkey: The Movie

McConkey was just released on iTunes and other digital formats today. I'm streaming it on Google Play right now, and it's pretty great. There are lots of his own home movie footage in it, so there will be tons of stuff you've never seem before. Proceeds of the film go to Shane's family, so buy a copy, you cheap pricks.

I will pick up a copy for sure, but I wish they would show it around here. MSP movie premieres have hit the Philadelphia area for the past five years but nothing has been listed so far.

At least Teton Gravity Research (TGR) is doing a premier in Philadelphia this year. They will show their new film, "Way of Life" at the Troc on 11/13. I could be wrong, but I believe this is the first time TGR is coming to Philly.
