Heres what ive been doing latly sorry for the increadably bad boarding. BUt we didnt have much to film and jsut did crapy stuff. But hey atlest we are snowboarding.

nice setup. its a lot harder than it looks for people who never did it. when you have no speed and a wobbily ass rail

exactly me and my friend shane couldnt get speed bc we board only the skier could get enough for the kink and thats the reason hes the only one who did it. The long flat one we have now is nice. didnt have any light to film though. now its raining so we cant film now eather. we will get more soon

Nice. I really have to get my carpet skiing setup done. I hate having to work.

can you just use regular carpet or does it have to be turf?

no it can be any carpet just make sure you put like hot soapy water on it.

all carpet dosnt work as well. also that turf stuff is teh cheapest at the carpet store. 39 cents/sq ft.

EDIT: do you think floor tiles would work better? i have a huge sheet of them in my basement.

Nah, Just get short bristled carpet. There was another thread where theres a bunch of info. I never use my set up, it takes too long to set up. But they definatley are fun.

well I'm making an S box now so I'll try it out when I finish that.

you should just like make a little starting like platform or something you can push off. it looks even harder to get speed with a snowboard.

its very hard to get speed on a board!!1! Dose anyone know where i can get plans for a box? Like sizes materals ect?

just do a search on google, I couldn't find any for an s box so I have to just wing it but its looking good.

Im making a fdf box tommorow. We have a bench already made from the fourth and we are gonna turn it on it side and put a down slope on it and connnect a flat box some kid has. It is gonna have formika for the top of it. We are going to only use it during the winter.
