Kyle Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 Where is your parking spot? any spot in the front row, haven't parked anywhere else this year. I'm not being serious with that btw. Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 12, 2015 Report Posted February 12, 2015 if any of the PASR's who went to bear last night parked on a non-paved surface...you are a sucker and a clown TP4 I don't wanna hear that jibber jabber out of you...gotta give total support and total commitment to Team PASR aka the dream team!!! Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 12, 2015 Report Posted February 12, 2015 i was giving support. if they parked on a non-paved surface they would have to walk farther, which would make their legs tired, thus negatively effecting the performance of team PASR. it may be tough love, but my comment was simply an attempt to keep our race team in shape Remember there's no I in team. GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 12, 2015 Report Posted February 12, 2015 theres no "we" either... Wow that is profound stuff!!! Quote

Thus, in order to increase actual performance levels, they should have parked farther to work the legs for better performance on real race night? Quote

GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 12, 2015 Report Posted February 12, 2015 But isn't Monday night for prizes and stuff. Quote
AtomicSkier Posted February 12, 2015 Report Posted February 12, 2015 NASTAR last night was a ton of fun. I forgot how nice BC's lodge is. And their beer prices are 101% reasonable, not the overpriced Blue bar. Course was good. I managed to be the third fastest, only .3 seconds behind one of the top dogs at Blue. Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 13, 2015 Report Posted February 13, 2015 Didnt know last night was Nastar thought it was slalom training. How much are beers at BC vs Blue?? Quote
Kyle Posted February 13, 2015 Report Posted February 13, 2015 Didnt know last night was Nastar thought it was slalom training. How much are beers at BC vs Blue?? Domestics are like 350 I think. jack and cokes are $8. pretty on par for any bar. Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 13, 2015 Report Posted February 13, 2015 Domestics are like 350 I think. jack and cokes are $8. pretty on par for any bar. $3.50 is cheap for a ski area bar...my local bar I believe is $2.50 for domestics an $5 for jack and cokes. Quote
Justo8484 Posted February 13, 2015 Report Posted February 13, 2015 Using the term "domestic" in regards to bars and their happy hour specials needs to die. Dfh, yards, victory, etc are all domestic and they sure as hell are not ever able to be purchased as a "half-price domestic" at most bars. Sorry, rant over, maybe I'll give that silly nastar thing a shot if you folks go again next week. Quote

Not sure if team PASR will come out for that because it's not slalom but it's a lot of fun. I will be there both nights. Edited February 13, 2015 by thedude4bides Quote

AtomicSkier Posted February 13, 2015 Report Posted February 13, 2015 Hop Devil for $5...I expected at least $7 (at a ski area bar). It'd be $8 at Blue. Quote

GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 15, 2015 Report Posted February 15, 2015 What are the odds racing will be postponed tomorrow? It will happen no snow rain or ice in tomorrow's forecast. Quote
AtomicSkier Posted February 15, 2015 Report Posted February 15, 2015 What are the odds racing will be postponed tomorrow? It'll be on tomorrow. Besides the cold weather, conditions should be good. We'll even have a full team tomorrow! Quote
