Crowds are thin right now but the masses should be descending shortly. Snow is good but kinda strange on east. T bolt was groomed nicely. East is groomed but rutted up in spots with some stuff (including the right side of Floyds) left untouched. 1 Quote

There isn't very much snow otherwise. Elevator is OK but boulder city at the bottom. Looks like there's some snow in risk it which is where we're headed next. 1 Quote

poconoceancity Posted December 28, 2013 Report Posted December 28, 2013 Snow was great from 8-11. Crowds were low till about 1030. Place is packed now. Traffic coming out of there at 4 yesterday was crazy. I will be departing at 3 today. The whole Lake Harmony area is packed, most of the cars on the roads are racked with boards and skis. Quote

I took a similar picture after i slid about halfway down it. The bottom is tricky too with ice/snow boulders under some man made. Quote

poconoceancity Posted December 28, 2013 Report Posted December 28, 2013 POC you'll have to let us know when you're there. I'm there every weekend morning at opening. We have been doing 2 shifts, since my 3 year old isn't feeling it. My 8 year old and I stay on the west mountain and make it over as far as the triple chair and leave around lunch. Then my wife and 6 year old head out. When I head out solo I will meet up with you guys. Maybe tomorrow if its raining I will be able to go out alone. I haven't seen him on the slopes on 7 years. I have been at eagle rock for the last 5. I have been regretting that decision lately. Quote
