My suggestion would be to look for a beginner package at one of the ski resorts which will include your equipment rental for the day as well as a lesson to get you started. I know that if you went to Jfbb you'd be looking for the discovery package, I'm not sure what it's called at the other areas offhand. Most of all dress for the weather and have fun. 1 Quote
