The quad and the Main St chair are currently running (would assume the OG6 is as well but can't see it on the cams). I guess they're running them to avoid icing issues. Good on ya, Blue!

Edit: looked again and can make out chairs moving through the house on the OG6, so running all three

Light snow falling up at Blue and the quad, at least, is running...

i dont see any chairs on the main street cam.  did they put them away for the night?  that would be so unlike Blue, i know.  if they did put them away, i wonder if they really have any idea how to get them back out.

Blue says it’s still soup season and post up a picture of their French onion soup on their Facebook. Blues social media is killing it..I used to hate on them and actually ran into the girl who blocked me like 8-9 years ago at a downtown Allentown bar..but I would post dumb shit like,”Is the stunt ditch open?” Or “Put that in your half pipe and smoke it”

What I like about blue is it can be the windiest day and the lifts still run..you can’t say that about many places…the locals are rad..and that’s who’s doing most of the skiing…even when I was 11 years old I loved hearing about other ski places like Hunter and Killington from 40 and 70 year old skiers..

I miss the old Blue 730am openings..twice daily grooming..but they didn’t have as many runs..the crowded days then had 20-30 minute liftlines..I rode the old challenge lift with a lot of OG PASRs.. @Schif @pyro_boarder @skidude @AtomicSkier

And I do like when friends of friends pick my brain about blue history but I’m like that with everything Allentown and alot Jackson hole now..blue is just an extension to that

Social media changed it all, I remember ski, skiing, powder and snow country magazine having articles about ski resorts have tough financial times and how aging boomers leave the sport vacant and the new free riders and snowboarding fad sure did help a lot but social media/cheap season passes…Vailification…Covid done changed the sport…some say advances in equipment as well…

Old Jackson hole air force heads could still rip on some K2 Journey Edition with the rocket ship 63mm underfoot and under 100 in the tips while the YouTubers are like Brah I should switch my 106s for my 118s it’s choppy…

I’ll be right back gonna get my bearings and have a Gatorade and a soft pretzel at the Casper lodge and I’ll tip on that shizz
