Those little skis remind me that I saw some kid sized RTMs this week. Kids these days really know how to select the proper skis for powder days.

RTMs are great in powder.  It's pretty much all you see in Jackson hole..

Yay the rain in town has changed over to snow.  Now let's hope for a nice heavy wet dump to get the Hobacks and remaining closed terrain open.

Warmer temperatures will push into the region on Tuesday and into Wednesday under partly to mostly cloudy skies. This break will then be short-lived as another system slides through the Intermountain West. This storm doesn't look overly strong but it will bring another round of light to moderate snow and soft turns for Thursday and Friday. We'll go with an initial forecast of 2-6 inches. 

Another period of dry but cool conditions will settle back in from the 27th through the 29th. This will then be followed by another storm around January 30th and 31st. Keep an eye on this system for deeper accumulations.
