A little powder goes a long way. Powder to the people...... Its been snowing lightly all morning amounting to 4 inches or so thus far. Its definetly a welcome site. Snow is supposed to continue lightly overnight. Lunch now, internet sucks so pics later.

today was waaaay better than yesterday as far as surface conditions. visibility was at a premium. runs of the day were off the sugarloaf chair (east greeley) and the wildcat chair (anything there was bonkers).

Pretty sweet day at Alta.  It snowed lightly all day long, mountains are reporting 5", and i dont think they use the Widowmaker ruler.  Not a big time powder day by any stretch but most areas skied well all day.  Ran the Collins lift for a few quick runs, before heading over to the Supreme lift.  Lots of crunch under just a little bit of fresh snow.  We found conditions over off the Sugarloaf lift much nicer.  Hung out there until lunch.  After lunch we took the traverse over to the Greeley area for a few runs, some really nice snow conditions over there, but visibility was really low for as lightly as it was snowing.  Ended the day over off the Wildcat lift.  I have skied Alta three times now, and the Wildcat lift never fails to deliver.  Really nice powder on top of a soft base.  Legs were feeling it after a few laps off Wildcat, so we called it a day sometime just after 3 pm.

Nice little area off Collins

there were a few hikers along the wildcat ridge....don't know what they were going to hit though.  my buddy rob said that he was glad that we didn't start off the day on the wildcat chair; we might have spent most of our day there!

Pic of Dan looks like he's saying....Suck it, I'm skiing in Utah and you're stuck in Pa bitches!!!

And there's no reason for you to not have been there saying suck it with him making my broken ass jealous. (Sorry for calling you out...I still love you  ). Next year I'm dragging you out west with my bionic arm.
