GrilledSteezeSandwich
Doug you really thought it would open this season? Yeah it was cut two to three years ago. And they said in last years brochure that it would be open for 16-17 season.
toast21602
It was just cut last year, Doug. And no stumps or rocks removed, no grading, no lighting, no snow making. But yes, they originally claimed for this year. Considering it too 14 years for NMDW I would still be a little surprised if it opened next year. Oh, and 40th trail? lololololol. skifreak
Oh, and 40th trail? lololololol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Nah, by next year it will be 41 when they name it "Upper" and "Lower" haha
GrilledSteezeSandwich
Doug there is no possible way that deep down in your heart you actually expected the new trail to open this year. i refuse to believe you are that naive when it comes to the inner workings of blue They said on the trail map it was opening 2016-
skifreak
I mean they couldn't even get the TP4 Statue done in time for the pope for crying out loud.

They should have used me as their granite and bronze supplier.
enjoralas
I thought it would open this year, but that's mostly because it's been on the trail maps "Coming Soon" since at least the 14-15 season, so I figured it was supposed to open for this past season but they had to delay it to this one. Now that I'm seeing how they work, it would surprise me if it opens next season tho. While up there today for the Beerfest I did overhear some employees talking about the new trail, and how it could have opened this year but they diverted all the money to a new high speed quad on the summit School Hill because they heard complaints about slow lifts

RidgeRacer
At least their cutting trails and doing things on the Mountain. Most other pocono resorts haven't cut shit or even upgraded anything for that matter since "Welcome Back Kotter" was being aired in prime time. Props to Blue.
