Vegan treats in Bethlehem also has some great desserts and a rotating froyo. For ice cream I like Nuts About ice cream across from liberty. IIRC it's 8 percent of your MAGI, you can lower your MAGI with a high deductible plan or catastrophic coverage. Quote
