JFskiDan Posted February 11, 2017 Report Posted February 11, 2017 Just took a quick look at the webcams at Camelback. Dont really know about skiing right onto the chair at 10 am, but at 2:15 it looks a little busy. Real busy, actually. Well, really it looks like some type of shit show. They should really point that camera at the sky on weekends. 2 Quote
enjoralas Posted February 11, 2017 Report Posted February 11, 2017 Was at Camelback last Saturday and it was hella busy that day too. We mostly lapped Pocono Raceway and Rhododdendren Glen so mostly skied onto the raceway triple, but for the few runs we took to the top we hit the bottom quad. Even with a full queue it really wasn't more than 5-7 minutes. They had a liftie there matching groups of 4, which was nice. 1 Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 12, 2017 Author Report Posted February 12, 2017 Blue mentioned the buddy pass the other day on their Facebook page and everybody was dumbfounded about it. I'm guessing in past seasons like 90% of them went unused Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted February 12, 2017 Author Report Posted February 12, 2017 Kyle how's your ski season going?? Quote
Ski2Live Live2Ski Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 Between single lines and slower lifts never spent more than 5 min in a lift line at CB. Got in 24 runs starting at 1030. Parked at 10 in lower lot within 20 yards of lodge. Which is to say it was a crowded day there, and yet a much better one than I expect I would have had dealing with crowds at Blue at that time.
