Burton0688 Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 Curious to see what the thoughts are if I were to write a letter prior asking permission to put a drone up at Blue Mountain for footage. In the past I've done this at resorts out west and gave them the footage for their social media. Most have said no, but a few have been really cool about it as long as all the filming was not in bounds. I'm trying to make a video of east coast mountains this year. I doubt many will even ponder the thought. Just have to stick to gimbals, gopros, and SLR's for the traditional approach. Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 I doubt they'd allow it. Quote
Burton0688 Posted November 5, 2017 Author Report Posted November 5, 2017 I agree with you! Thanks for the input. Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 Doesn't hurt to ask. Quote

GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted November 6, 2017 Report Posted November 6, 2017 Jim let bring a reality TV star on TruTVs ski patrol go to his head. If you talk to him soon remind him to get the lifts imspected. 1 Quote
RootDKJ Posted November 6, 2017 Report Posted November 6, 2017 Doesn’t Blue have their own drone? Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted November 6, 2017 Report Posted November 6, 2017 Yes they have their own drone. They were pretty early to the drone game..very progressive of them. Quote
