Dave_S Posted January 31, 2004 Report Posted January 31, 2004 The snow was great. Crowds low (might be the detour) and the lifts were with minimal lines. A bit cold but not until about 9:00 PM. I think that I am finished for the season. I took advantage of these great conditions by twisting my knee until it popped. I can put enough pressure on my heel to be able to step into my binding, never mind control my left ski. We will have to see what the doc says. Quote
AtomicSkier Posted January 31, 2004 Report Posted January 31, 2004 conditions were pretty nice, but cliffhanger was soo bad. There was a rock exposed on the right side. Dromedary was sooo nice. Quote
nick malozzi Posted January 31, 2004 Report Posted January 31, 2004 i found contions to be nice last night, lil icey on the landing of the hit after the hips in rhodo though. just from heavy traffic though. Quote
skigurl Posted February 1, 2004 Report Posted February 1, 2004 i thought last nights conditions on Rocket were the best i'v seen all year, i was so happy Quote
skidude Posted February 2, 2004 Report Posted February 2, 2004 Jeff not sure what your talking about but on Sat and Sunday all the trails were really really nice. Rocket had a few thin spots on the right at the top and I heard tut had some too. All the dimonds had nice snow on them. But at the end of hte day the snow got a little too soft for my liking. Wheres all the freaking hardpack Quote
