Popular Post JFskiDan Posted January 12, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted January 12, 2019 Not sure what we were thinking with the pizza. I'm a good eater and i managed to only put down 3 slices of mine. Not sure if Antman has some type of mental telepathy healing powers but my knee felt pretty damn good yesterday, and after skiing for a good portion of the day, i could almost walk like a normal human being. Way better range of motion to where i can actually sit on the lift without making funny faces in pain. First day i was a little worried this wasnt going to pan out. I still probably need to stick to mostly groomed stuff, but i might be able to dabble a little off trail today to see how things shake out. I am thankful for at least two things, Naproxen and a hot tub. We are heading to possibly my favorite place, Brighton. I love that place. Super cool chill vibe to the place. Weather looks like another bluebird day. Great trip so far, minus the knee thing, good friend, good times. . 13 Quote

I’ve got some pretty bad knee issues as well but haven’t tried wearing a brace or anything for it yet while skiing. Quote

I do however wear a basic compression sleeve on my left knee and thinking about getting one for my right,.After the season I will definitely be seeing a specialist regardless of how they feel and hopefully"rehab" them during the off season. Back to your regularly scheduled EPIC thread!!! Quote

I’ll have to give it a shot this year, I wore one while playing golf and it helped a ton, but couldn’t wear one playing hockey, too uncomfortable. 1 hour ago, antman12 said: I went into the season with a slightly sore left knee and now my right knee is often sore. Popular Post toast21602 Posted January 12, 2019 Author Popular Post Report Posted January 12, 2019 Today was a pretty good day. All around enjoyment here at Brighton. It is such a fun mountain with a lot of unique terrain and some really distinctive groomers with a lot of great groomers that just roll with the natural terrain. I don't feel like typing out an entire report, so I'll just post pictures since thats what people mostly want to see anyway. Most of the day was spent off of the Milly and Great Western lifts. Again, bluebird. Enjoy. 9 1 1 Quote
