skifreak Posted September 12, 2005 Report Posted September 12, 2005 Sib, that sounds like ski dealer. If it is thats who Jeff got his bindings from Quote
sibhusky Posted September 12, 2005 Report Posted September 12, 2005 (edited) Sib, that sounds like ski dealer. If it is thats who Jeff got his bindings from 32842 It's something called Epoch Accessories. He's listed a lot of skis as if he's a dealer, BUT, I notice most of his past sales were for some kind of "parts". I think he's Chinese. Maybe these are smuggled out of the factory in China. I think before the auctions closed he had close to 10 pairs listed, most of them not being bid on for some reason........ hope that isn't bad news for me. Edited September 12, 2005 by sibhusky Quote
train36 Posted September 12, 2005 Report Posted September 12, 2005 Going to get a new park board, a Neversummer Evo, I'll probably going to order it soon. I bought some Ride Flight Tomcats at the end of last season I haven't used which will go good with it. Quote
Wolverine21 Posted September 13, 2005 Report Posted September 13, 2005 o ya by the way, how tight are your gloves. i just got some new grenade gloves in a medium and they have the summer glove inside and i can close my hand but not all the way. without the summer glove their fine. think i should sent them back and get a large or stay with the medium. Sno Mountain Skier Posted September 13, 2005 Report Posted September 13, 2005 Do you have enough of a fist to hold a ski pole, cause if not take them back and get a large. Quote
Justo8484 Posted September 13, 2005 Report Posted September 13, 2005 get a large. the extra air trapped inside the glove is what makes them warm, if you dont have any space at all in there, your hands will get cold. thats why mittens are almost always warmer than gloves. Quote
Glenn Posted September 13, 2005 Report Posted September 13, 2005 thats why mittens are almost always warmer than gloves. 32902 ... you don't think reducing surface area exposed to the cold has anything to do with it? Quote

Wolverine21 Posted September 13, 2005 Report Posted September 13, 2005 alrigh im sendin them back this week, they are these glove http://www.the-house.com//gr6opo2zzgrenade.html their so sick the summer glove has all skulls on them. and sopposed to be as waterproof as a mofo' Quote
Justo8484 Posted September 13, 2005 Report Posted September 13, 2005 yeah that helps too. but its the same concept that makes a down coat really warm. all those feathers trap a lot of air between them, and that air stays warmer longer, thus keeping you warmer. but yeah, you are right too. Quote
DHarrisburg Posted September 15, 2005 Report Posted September 15, 2005 First pro-form of the season just came through and I picked this suit up, but in army green; http://www.sepiaclothing.com/ Quote

sibhusky Posted September 19, 2005 Report Posted September 19, 2005 Got them without bindings to save money. I'm moving "old" bindings. Quote
