Breaker in Wilkes-Barre is great. Marzoni's is right off the highway and offers good views of Montage, but the beer is  not very good and the food is mediocre at best.

Here's my plan. Hopefully I'll meet everyone at approximately the same time upon their arrival at the lower parking lot. I'll then escort them to a Semi-Secret Location (SSL) adjacent to the upper parking lot. At the SSL we'll claim a couple of picnic tables and you'll  be able to relieve your aching bladders etc. from the long drive to Deep South Vermont (DSV). From the SSL you'll be able to gear up in warm comfort and begin your adventure on the slopes of DSV.  The SSL is a ski-in/ski-out location.                                                                                                                                      Depending on the size of our group, I will provide 4-6 racks of smoked baby back ribs, 1-2  quarts of baked beans (ammo for the ride home), 1-2 quarts of macaroni salad, paper plates, utensils etc.  If you don't think that will be enough meat products, you're welcome to bring additional and there is an open fire pit where it can be grilled at the SSL.   Please provide your own liquid libations and any other items of merriment you wish.            Since it seems you are talking about morning tickets, I will plan on lunch at 1:00 p.m.   When you are ready to go home, if any would like to take a brief tour of TLCITW I'll be happy to be your guide.                 Enjoy! Enjoy!  the Great Outdoors of DSV.....
This is my plan, I'll be in a red Mazda CX5 in the parking lot.
What time are you planning on arriving?

I’m in the same boat at my job, and it sucks. What ends up happening is people take “the day off” then decide they don’t need/want that day and give back their time so certain days go from over capacity to open and you don’t know that until about 9am the day of.

The only plus side to it is I’ve racked up close to 200 hours of PTO in my 3 years with the company from the sole fact that I can never get the time off that I want/need.

Wow you can take off a month and do some serious travel!!!

Thinking 7:45 arrival at the bottom lot...meet up with Rummy and let him show us the way from there?

Again if anyone wants to meet me at hickory run service plaza around 6:15ish let me know. As I think about it, if we meet there your probably going to have to grab your shit and walk it a bit (a few hundred feet maybe?) to where I'll be parked at. If that doesn't work for you we can figure out another place to meet or if you're cool to just keep going straight to Elk that works to. Just let me know. lts about an hour and fifteen minutes to Elk from here.

If no meet up (I fucking refuse to use the word "carpool" on this site) then I'll see everyone at Elk at 7:45.

The Waze app says leave my house at 5:01am.

My plan right now is to hopefully wake up at 4:15am, make a BIG coffee, and be out of the door by 5:00

Planning on Just getting an AM ticket.
Ski as long as my legs let me, hangout with some good PASR people and hopefully hit up a new brewery on the way back with whomever is down.

I’ll meet ya there. Fastest for me is 33 to 380 so I get to skip the tolls. Anywhere specific to park? I’ve never been there(surprising, I know).

Should we get our lift tickets first then meet up?

No need to, you'll be able to gear up and ski down to ticket window after meeting up
