Well started this day a little later than I wanted to due to a thirsty Thursday at PJ Whelihan’s. Didn’t let it stop me though. Had the day off from work so headed up to JFBB. Overall Day was pretty solid. Spent about two hours or so at both mountains. Jack’s more advanced slopes were perfectly groomed. Glades weren’t all there and covered though. One park had some nice features to play around on. 7A043403-481C-48BA-90AA-7966B7148A06.thumb.jpeg.847e6d014723fdc1cd0a0f7428520c12.jpeg

then headed over to Boulder. The Boulder Park run is hands down one of my favorite views in all of PA. They don’t have any terrain set up on it though. Just huge whales. Off to the side it looked like they were setting up a boarder cross race which looked 1000x better than blues set up on dream weaver. Best part about both places was that they weren’t crowded. No lift lines and just got right on for the next runA28F7D4C-A5AF-4593-B4DA-E12176C822E7.thumb.jpeg.4d98b5b25824fbbf1d080e31acdab19f.jpeg

I have to disagree that Boulder has the best view. Blue has an awesome view from the top. That ridge is a gem ... Hawk Mountain, The Pinacle, Pulpit Rock. Appalachian Trail. It’s so cool to stand at the top and see snow squalls in the distant hills, bald eagles. It’s different every time I’m there.
