saltyant Posted October 4, 2019 Report Posted October 4, 2019 (edited) This is great! Though I've achieved the ability to carry my RTM 81s (170 cm in length) without the need for a strap or magnetics. It has taken me many, many years to master this rare and uncanny ability. indiggio Posted October 4, 2019 Report Posted October 4, 2019 (edited) I can't help but wonder if the magnets in the skis would somehow interact with the magnetic field of the earth and either cause speed and/or directional changes...scary! Edited October 4, 2019 by indiggio 1 Quote

Good to know otherwise I’d buy you a Ski Tote as a Yom Kippur present. 1 Quote

NMSKI Posted October 4, 2019 Report Posted October 4, 2019 I don't understand why the magnets are needed. Who uses a strap when "shouldering" skis? I've hiked many a bootpack and never had a problem with my skis separating. Quote

Good point. That might rip a hole in the space time continuum. Edited October 4, 2019 by saltyant 1 Quote

Look out below! Sometimes I can't even get mine apart when there's no magnet involved. Edited October 4, 2019 by NMSKI 1 Quote
