Anyone going to Shawnee tomorrow for opening day? 8 trails open and even a high speed lift. Wow! That's like twice as many trails as Blue da True, and you can get up the mountain, like way way faster.

No, but I do enjoy Shawnee. Especially more than that Camelback circus.

How much are lift tickets?  Toast and Root like Shawnee.

where you seeing pricing?

Where is says Buy Discount Tickets in red. It's one of those annoying prepay, limited quantities remaining, nonrefundable deals. I'm undecided and need to think it over for a few hours, since I don't like to commit. By the time I decide the price will probably be $50 and I'll just end up going to Blue the True. I dont like paying much more than $40 to ski in PA.

I guess window price for tomorrow is $68 which is absolutely insane for 8 trails.

They should at least wait until they get lazy mile open to charge full price.  Skiing has always been a rich person sport.

I dont think Shawnee has a lazy mile. Take it to the Blue thread!!

Well maybe their Nile Mile.

They turned it into a terrain park. It used to be my favorite trail there, so I dont have quite as much of a desire to ski Shawnee anymore.

Salty you seem to be continuously confused. I'll see if I can disable your 'like' button since it seems to be broken. Sorry that it isn't working for you but I'll get that disabled ASAP.
