Popular Post JFskiDan Posted February 5, 2022 Popular Post Report Posted February 5, 2022 Late night call to head up to Greek. Met up mbike and jeff this morning for the ride up. Got on the snow just after opening, probably 8:45. great conditions, little bit of snow overnight after 10-12” from thursday night/friday deal. Cold, and snowed lightly till probably 10:30. Nice light fluffy snow in plenty. Lift lines were a little crowded but slopes were not. Trees were nice. more later. 15 Quote

mbike-ski Posted February 22, 2022 Report Posted February 22, 2022 anyone want a place there? it looks like another 1/4 share of our unit is for sale https://www.vyllahome.com/homes-for-sale/2177-Clute-312B-I-Road-Cortland-NY-13045-309415735 Quote
mgguy Posted February 22, 2022 Report Posted February 22, 2022 Interesting looking place! What is there to do outside of ski season? Hike the mountain? Bars nearby or in it? If you would buy it outright any idea of the HOA fees? Quote
enjoralas Posted February 23, 2022 Report Posted February 23, 2022 Are those property taxes listed for the 1/4 share? Or for the unit for the year? Quote

The adventure center has zip lines and mountain coaster. Finger lakes trail traverses the back side of the mountain. They also have mountain biking. We've done a bunch of fall trips. HOA fees are $430, you get rental receipts less fees if its rented when you're not there, last month we got a a check for $380 On 2/22/2022 at 7:49 PM, enjoralas said: Are those property taxes listed for the 1/4 share?
