I told a friend JFBB would never host the Cardboard Classic ever again, and if anybody was going to do it, it would be Montage.  Enough about how smart i am, this is just over the top smart on Montage's part.   

Have the Cardboard Classic, and then a music festival.   you can do the sled race for free, but if you wanna see some live music, you will need to open up the purse strings.  

Allow MMR to advertise for you, and also bring a few thousand people up to the mountain that day.

$200 for 2 days worth of lift passes, 2 show passes, and a drink ticket, and rentals  really doesn’t seem too bad if you’re the average person going to this (which is the crowd this usually draws in)

They’re definitely get some preston and Steve fans and Philly fucks usually don’t go all the way to Montage so maybe they’ll win some over with their north face.
