Popular Post mute1080 Posted March 4 Popular Post Report Posted March 4 Arrived at 9 after an uneventful trek down 6 and 81. Ticket line was long with only 2 windows open and they were running a forklift through the line against OSCA regulation(assuming). They had a bunch of people going different directions for the breakdown and clean up after the concert yesterday. Beer cans and bottles everywhere. Started at Iron Horse with plans to run Fast Track all the way down but we couldn’t get to it without skating uphill. With 3 boarders and 3 kids in the group, that wasn’t going to happen. All the main runs were open, some with thin coverage, but the connectors and little trails in the woods are closed. Def had to skate a little more than usual trying to get places. Ended up going down the terrain park to Lower FT for the first run. Only did Runaway for the other lower slope and never made it over to Phoebe. I wanted to at least show them Boomer but the kids were having a fun on Easy Street with the side cuts. Weather was warm but cloudy all day. No lift lines or under a minute across the hill. The Salami Slalom was going on and got a kick out of watching from along Haul. Open entry for unlimited runs and just had to get two times the closest or exact for victory. Last pic we enjoyed someone parking perpendicular to every other car in the lot. Zero fucks given 9 1 1 Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted March 4 Report Posted March 4 After going to montage, it makes you appreciate Blue. I was on the lift yesterday with a former montage instructor who lives in the city of Scranton and he has a season pass at Blue cause he can’t stand the slow lifts at Montage. 1 Quote

Boo had comments similar after seeing the snow base and lot/lift set ups. The kids also now appreciate the detachable lifts at Blue compared to getting their legs smacked from fixed grips. 1 Quote
