momskeeztoo Posted January 19 Report Posted January 19 Someone is sending him money. There’s no way a liftie can afford an apartment like that living in SLC. It’s actually a really sucky job, you make next to nothing, get treated like crap and have to deal with a lot of rich, entitled aholes. Quote

He’s making money off of YouTube, 68.7k subscribers, 40-50k views per video, probably making a couple grand a month in ad revenue. 1 Quote

Usually the first year people are liftees and realize they don’t get to ski and ride much so then work at bars and restaurants. Quote

momskeeztoo Posted January 19 Report Posted January 19 I don’t watch a lot of YouTube videos, unless I need an instructional video or there’s a good wildlife one. Just have lots of other things I’d rather do. Quote

enjoralas Posted February 12 Report Posted February 12 Generally same as always, right after new passholders can't use it for Pres Day weekend Quote
indiggio Posted February 12 Report Posted February 12 $749 Not leaving anything on the table... Quote
enjoralas Posted February 12 Report Posted February 12 IIRC, last year early bird was $699, so I would go with $749 but since that's already taken, I'll go with $729. Can't see them going down in price after delivering a pretty great season, and inflation and all. 1 Quote

JFskiDan Posted February 12 Report Posted February 12 $799 with $50 renewel Gift Card that most will forget about. 1 1 Quote
enjoralas Posted Wednesday at 02:08 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 02:08 PM Was definitely a week off in picking the dates for our Steamboat trip. After about 10 days of at least some snow every day, looks like nothing in the forecast for next week. At least the coverage should be good! 5 Quote
RidgeRacer Posted Wednesday at 02:14 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 02:14 PM (edited) It's official. 25/26 all access blue Mt is $699. $519 for off peak and $299 for youth Edited Wednesday at 02:17 PM by RidgeRacer 3 1 Quote
Benm Posted Wednesday at 02:29 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 02:29 PM wow i am stunned. i'm waiting to see if cbk offers a 'locals' p2p. their normal SP would be $470 for me. would bite if the diff was +$50. 1 Quote

Gotta decide on the strategy for the kids this year though. Both no longer qualify for the child pass. Walter was such an asshole about waking up to go to Adventure Camp this year, I've sworn up and down he's out for next year. $1300 (pass plus camp) is a helluva price tag for someone who acts so miserable about it. Benm Posted Wednesday at 03:02 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 03:02 PM ... sneaky no $50 credit or whatever for early purchase. at least i'm not seeing it 1 Quote
