Only the first row of slopeside parking was open, because they were expecting 18 buses this afternoon to use the roped off area. They did have a security guard directing people into that row if there were open spaces available. This prevented people from having to back out if there are no spaces.

They were grooming out Nightmare/ Dream Weaver, putting in some big features, and they were also working on the broken down groomer on razors edge.

Conditions were a lot like yesterday, but with bright sunshine and no wind. Lazy mile was in much better shape than yesterday. Sidewinder was the ROTD, Switch was nice too. First tracks down Paradise was sweet.

Very nice , first run coming soon was great, second and third runs were in the ditch. Third was first crash of the season, the ditch had some icy spots, and I stuffed a tip into the mogul trough, ended up front seat and slid into the next trough.

I aggravated my ankle injury from the summer . The moguls kicked my butt today. Skied with the bump crew a little bit.

Sidewinder was nice, lower main st side country was good too. 9-11:20

Cant wait till the kids go back to school. Boarder with “Lite beer “ WTF

Nice reports and a lot of people drink light beer.  I think miller lite or Bud light is the most popular.

Not a lot of them strap 3 to their snowboard tho

Modelo Especial passed Bud Light nationally after their bad PR stunt. Miller Lite is the most popular in eastern PA

Did a rare brunch time session at Blue ..11-1...Everything was pretty much spot on. Beautiful day to have some fun on the snow...Most of the time you could turn it up and live the moment...Crowded at base but riding single I never waited more than a couple...Some bits of glacier showing through at Falls/TCS/Bottom of Switch when I left..

Talked to an old dude(with Euro accent) at the top of Switch cross country skiing. Said he regularly goes from top lodge to OG6 via connector/Tuts lane..Asked him if ski patrol ever stopped him. To that said why would they. I told him of Blues policy then talked skiing.. Next time down Tuts he was talking to a patroller...

Got some runs in this morning.   Was in early enough to get in that front row and was wondering why the rest was roped off.   Razors was just sitting there looking too good to not ski.  I thought about getting “lost” on the top of Challenge and wandering to the right.  Lapped Sidewinder several times and Main was getting pretty nice when I had to leave at 12.
