Indy Pass Extravaganza 2025

Driving to Albany later tonight then hitting Magic tomorrow.   Staying in Maine Sunday and Monday nights, planning on Saddleback Monday and probably Tuesday unless I feel like paying for Sugarloaf or Sunday River.  Staying at Burke Tuesday night and riding there Wednesday.   Not sure on the plan after that.  Either Jay or somewhere in NH Thursday then start making my way back and probably a short session somewhere Friday.  Snow and beer reports to follow after tomorrow

Magic...pretty good and not crowded at all.   Got on the snow shortly after 8 30.  Did 2 runs down Sorcerer which had a few slick spots and some bumps that were fun.   Then hit up your sleeve, which was a fun intermediate bump run.  After that I did 2 runs on Talisman...super fun.  Whales everywhere that are getting bumped up.  After that, I hit a few glades...pixie dust and Seance...thin cover but fun. Had a fiddlehead IPA and grilled chicken sandwich around 11

After lunch,  I headed back out.  Did Sorcerer and Talisman again,  then two runs on twilight zone.   Left around 1 and stopped at a new brewery about a mile away, Twisted Horn.  They weren't serving anything on draft yet due to legal stuff but I sampled their American pale ale and hazy IPA.  Picked up a 4 pack of the pale ale.  After that, I left for Saddleback.   It was snowing a lot so it took longer than expected.   At a brew pub in Rangeley Maine now, got an IPA and blueberry BBQ chicken pizza

Time for a pale ale poolside.  There are like 3 cars at the hotel.  I think all the people went home after the weekend

Great report so far. I love the early lunch and beer and back out for more and funky hotel pools.
