GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted Tuesday at 01:13 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 01:13 PM Hey All, I’m currently sitting in the Newark airport waiting for atomic Jeff to go through security and then off to Jackson hole on a 950am flight. In this thread I’ll post updates from our trip to Jackson hole. JFDan and NMSki are arriving on Thursday and Dirtwolf is arriving on Saturday. The forecast looks sunny the first few days and then snow in the forecast the last several days. 5 Quote

I’ve never seen snowfall accurately predicted this far in advance for JH….I find the NOAA forecast for grand Targhee to be the most accurate for the mid and upper mountain at JH https://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=43.80&lon=-110.95&site=riw&smap=1&marine=0&unit=0&lg=en 2 Quote

GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted Tuesday at 10:03 PM Author Report Posted Tuesday at 10:03 PM Comfortable flight from EWR to JAC we arrived around 12:20pm and were at the snake river brewery by 1PM. We have the oversized jeep grand wagoneer as rental car. The mountain modern is clean and Boutiquey AF…it will do but I like the 49er better. There aren’t even drawers here or plastic cups but there are six coffee mugs and a chalkboard. Definitely was designed by some Live Love Learn Millenial. 5 1 Quote

saltyant Posted Tuesday at 11:42 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 11:42 PM This is grate. Good choice on the decor. You must have personally selected the photo of the bison. Plus you get a bonus word search on the wall. That's rad. I wonder what room decorations Atomic Jeff has?? Quote

One time in Vermont I had to wait until 730 for breakfast and first chair was at 800. I had to eat really fast or miss the perder 1 Quote

Atomic Jeff has been grandfathered into his daily bacon egg and steeze everything bagel and OJ…if Toast surprises us I’ll get him one as well. Take rubbings, photos and measurements of tombstones. Day 1 on deck..a couple degrees below zero in town looks like it will be an inversion day.
