ole2planker Posted February 6, 2004 Author Report Posted February 6, 2004 And, from the other CB MB, I know it has been r***ing today at Camelback. (If the truth is on this MB and only propaganda is on the other MB, does that mean that it is really snowing at CB?) Anybody know what's happening at Elk? Is there snow anywhere in eastern Pennsylvania? Quote
skigurl Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 It snowed till about 11, then turned into sleet, around 12:30 it was all rain, and it is now 4:33 and turning back to sleet. I can't wait to see what the conditions are like for practice tomorrow Quote

slickkeddie Posted February 7, 2004 Report Posted February 7, 2004 Anybody know what's happening at Elk? Is there snow anywhere in eastern Pennsylvania? Only snow at Elk all day Friday, about 4 or 5 inches. I guess the benefit of elevation and being far enough inland. Quote
ole2planker Posted February 7, 2004 Author Report Posted February 7, 2004 Only snow at Elk all day Friday, about 4 or 5 inches. Damn I was supposed to go to Elk today with friends, but I have other obligations. Well, at least they should be having a good time. Quote

skidude Posted February 9, 2004 Report Posted February 9, 2004 Well blue got rain.. It was pretty nice for racing if you have sharp edges. Anyway there bump run sucked monkey balls. (mind out of gutter) and yeah. Anyway back to mind in the gutter Quote

(mind out of gutter) and yeah. Anyway back to mind in the gutter at least they HAVE a bump run. I found it difficult w/ my GS:9's, let alone w/ a 183cm GS ski underfoot. I switched with my friend, who has 160cm 1080's, and they were easy as hell. They just blew snow on them last night, werent that bad Quote
skidude Posted February 9, 2004 Report Posted February 9, 2004 When blue says they blow snow they have like 2 guns on. And they make hardly any snow. Or atleast none that I saw today. Yeah 183GS ski in icy bumps is a b*tch. Quote
