Timeless Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 Damn, I didn't think they would lose it all, even at the peak. It doesn't look good for anywhere to be open before thanksgiving. I need another fix soon.... Quote
Philpug Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 Doesn't look like Vermont will be skiable till December. T-giving weekend, even if they do open will be a zoo on 4 trails. Quote
Schif Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 What do you guys think it will be like the weekend of Dec. 2-4? Quote
skimom Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 The 'dude and I are skiing over Thanksgiving if we have to bring 'Freak's snowblower up to Vermont with us. Thanksgiving without skiing... UNTHINKABLE Quote
Philpug Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 Am I disapointed? Yes, but not overly. I would love to go up the weekend ont the 18th, but if I don't it won't kill me. I had no intentions of skiing over T-giving anyway. Erly December I do plan on going up at least 4 times though. I jsut hopes its better than last year. Quote
Justo8484 Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 looking at the forecast, i think killy could potentially open up this weekend. i dont think it will be good conditions though, so i am waiting til the 18th. Quote

Schif Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 How much of the mountain do they generally open with? Quote
skidude Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 They will open with like 2 runs from the top and a few mid mountain runs if it is a Friday. If its not, theywill probably keep blasting and trying to make as much as they can and open with whatever is covered. Quote
