poconoceancity
Do they have a planned opening date yet? Have they started blowing snow? I'll be there opening day. Steeze-machine was saying some really good things about their park. I dont think it's your kind of place. The speed at which you ski will put you at the bottom of the hill in less than 10 seconds. ColoradoHigh
I don't beleve nobody answered my question, when will Bear Creek open?
poconoceancity
Hey Pocono, Good to meet you at Blue. I'm more going to Bear Creek on there opening day because Bear Creek Chick promised me a free pass. It's also another ski area visited for the season. Check it out. You will be impressed by the lodge and the park. The terrain is also fun, just short.
lurker
Its not that short compared to some mountains. Its just the lack of an express lift that makes non-park skiing there a little frusterating. Edited December 3, 2005 by lurker

Ski
Compared to Blue, Elk, Montage, CB, and Shawnee it's short. You barely scratched the surface of that list, POC.
Papasteeze
NASTAR on Tues and Wed Nights is the ticket for Bear. Get there and hit up the park for few ours and then race the gates for couple more to about 9:00pm.. We bought passes there this season because we were so impressed last season. If you go mention PASR, they now have a link on their website directly to the BC forum page.
