pyro_boarder Posted December 30, 2005 Report Posted December 30, 2005 Camelbacks website states that they will start snowmaking again tonight. That should really help the quality of the snow. It's been nothing but ground up ice lately. Hopefully well see some improvement over the next week. Also, anyone was there today, did they open the rocket? It was closed while I was there this morning, but there website says it will close tonight at 8:00. Thanks. Quote
Schif Posted December 30, 2005 Report Posted December 30, 2005 When do you think cb will be up in good shape again pyro? I had a sickness, and the only cure is more snow!!! Quote
pyro_boarder Posted December 30, 2005 Author Report Posted December 30, 2005 It's still pretty good now. But It should get better if we get some natural snow and they could start blowing again. A few nights of snowmaking and it should be good and after this week end it won't get as much traffic so that will help too. Quote
Papasteeze Posted December 31, 2005 Report Posted December 31, 2005 I got 20 runs this morning before 10am - it was super fast and a lot of fun before the crowds got there Quote
Papasteeze Posted December 31, 2005 Report Posted December 31, 2005 That sounds like the PM Jeff sent me while I was at work recently. The early bird definitely gets the pistachio. How long were the lines today at Camelback on the high speed quads? Eventually we'll be able to know the current real time length of every chairlift in the world. The sooner the better, It was crowded after lunch. I am getting used to human gates. the lines were never more than 5 minutes, but I ski single and all the lifties know me Quote
