poconoceancity
The weekly challenges do add excitement to the board. We realize that it's all in good fun.
Papasteeze
Rob got a little pissy at me earlier and I don't want to upset the staff and kicked banned. Â Uhh - If I came across a little pissy to your then I must have the same disease. Now that dugout guy on the other hand

sibhusky
Visit the Siblet and do NASTAR wherever she skis. Â The only resort in MT listed as having NASTAR is Moonlight Basin and there are no USSA races there. Â She's racing at Big Sky this weekend, but I just got back from Bozeman and so am not about to head back down again for those races. Â Looks like the only time I'll see her race this year is at Snowbowl near Missoula.
Ski
And I thought I was cocky and unhumbeled. Metz, you're a nice guy, but I hate to see you set yourself up for another beating, especially in your condition. You really shouldn't be skiing until you're better, let alone staking your reputation on racing. I'm not Bode Miller, I'm no Skidude, I'm not even a Ski999, but you need to work your way up. Get some practice under your belt, improve those times, then start boasting about your big GS arcs, because they're not doing you any good unless you can tighten them up for an offset GS. I've really tried to become more humble about racing, since I know I'm not that great, but to finsh 10th place w/o a speed suit in a very nicely set ASRA is very respectable. My first ASRA I finished 26th. Your first goal should be to finish within 15 seconds of the leader, which, when you're racing against those guys, is very respetable. Take baby steps, we're all new to this. My goal last year was just to get some experiecne, I really had no expectations. A great skier doesn't necessarily make a good racer. Â "...not even Ski999"? WTF? You dick! Â But I did want to say that was one incredibly classy post, Jeff.

AtomicSkier
The black ones or the Samurai (white w/red and black)? black ones, the us ski team ones....they didnt have the crazy looking ones this year...? at least i didnt see them on RR
skimom
Well, they both showed up, but CB didn't do NASTAR all weekend. Has this been rescheduled? Sunday is CB's cliffy race, but many of us will be away Saturday. How about the 28th or 29th?

skimom
Volkl won't be at BC. I think he's terminally differentiated as a CB skier.
Papasteeze
Volkl won't be at BC. I think he's terminally differentiated as a CB skier. Â I'll make 2 runs Saturday if things work out. I think I have guests coming up, Chrissy is headed for Punta Cana - no guests = BC trip early Saturday while Ridge is at Training. Steven has a standing appointment at BC with a videographer if the conditions and park are good. Papasteeze
Whatever happened to the Pops v. Volkl race, anyway? Â I haven't been to CB in the last 2 weekends now. I may be there Saturday however, there is strong possibilty I will be at RT for a USASA comp then blue sunday for the J4's - My parents are also in town. Â Then Breck for the next 2 weekends Then RT for the derbies Then Killington I guess if they are still open 3/12 think they will still be running Nastar then? Â something tells me that something else will come up for 3/12. Which BTW, where do the J4 kids go if they do well at the Derbies? Is there another race somewhere? Â Â I think we will be at CB on Saturday.... I will be at Shawnee with Nipples on Sunday - Got fingers crossed for BC on Wednesday night. Â HAHA - we ended up going to BLue on that Saturday

Papasteeze
We are still waiting here... Â Me too...... No Nastar on Saturday due to conditions. BTW - It doesn't look as though we will be back to CB or anywhere else this year unless they are open weekend of 3/12 and even then, the liklihood is greater that there will be some other comp that weekend. Volkl gets another year to get some gate skills, besides he needs it!
nick malozzi
Thank you for the compliments Jeff. I just would like to say that I hate to sound cocky, and I feel that is not truly my nature. I am, however, overwhelmingly competitive. It got me pretty far in football, and I'm hoping it'll do the same for me in racing. Please, everyone, just understand that I am merely being competitive, and I will never back down from a challenge. well, almost never. I'm here for friends. thats all. It's ok we understand. That type of confidence is good though. Maybe it WILL push your racing further. Maybe you'll even get fast enough to keep up with me . nick malozzi
lol, jib, is that your way of saying you're going to get onto the nastar course with us thursday nights? Â If i didnt have class right until 6 on thursdays, and not to mention thirsty thursday is Kutztown's big party night, then yes that would be my way of saying that. Â However, since thursdays don't work for me it is more along the lines of my way of saying... Â "I'm faster then you! "
Metz the Jersey boy
LOL.... everyone thinks they're faster than me. Its like a requirement for posting on this site. You must think you're faster than Metz... I won't be at blue tonight or next week either... Hopefully we can ride a little sometime soon. I'll be there sunday. Metz the Jersey boy
lol, actually doug, i don't think one of us is any faster than the other... if we were to both take a tuck run straight down razors I think we'd both finish in the same amount of time...
