jveix33 Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 hmm I'll look into that and see if I can scrounge for some cash. Where is it located because AirFare might be expensive. Quote
jveix33 Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 It's about $300 flying coach. That's a lot for me. Plus the cost of the camp, too. Quote
VTmark Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 im out. My car is in the shop and sucking up all the money i had saved for coc out of my bank account. :'( uggggggggg stupid car. Quote
jveix33 Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 I'm saving for next year. Couldn't get nearly enough for the flight and camp. Quote
VTmark Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 yeah at this point im gonna try to go for 15 or more days next year. Quote
jveix33 Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 Yeah my goal right now is saving for the rail and carpet for my backyard and the maximum amount of time I can stay at COC and then lastly saving for Bear Creek season pass. It's a good thing I've got a decent paying job, and I don't have to worry about gas money. Quote
VTmark Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 yeah. i need a new carpet set up too. my mom made me tare mine down today. she wanted her backyard back. how gay is that. Quote
jveix33 Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 (edited) Very gay. I just told my mom she won't notice it, which she will. Once I get the supplies I'm good to go. I'm gonna need a start ramp because I don't have a good slop to my yard, so that's going to up the price. How much carpet do you think I'll need for a star ramp and a nice rail? About 50 sq. yards maybe? Edited March 11, 2006 by Surfing4ever24 Quote
VTmark Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 i had about a 6 foot high start ramp and it caust me like 120bux for the wood. i had some old carpet to use but the thing you have to worrie about is what way the ridges run if you use the indor/outdoor stuff. Quote
jveix33 Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 Alright thanks, so like the way the carpet is angled you mean? The way the material faces and sucH? Quote
Sno Mountain Skier Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 Dont waste your money on the wood. Just go to a construction site and get wood out of the dumpster. Quote
jveix33 Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 That is a good idea. My friends dad builds homes too, what luck :rock Perhaps I'll head down to one of his jobsites sometime and help myself to the uh dumpsters. Quote
