mbike-ski Posted February 8, 2006 Report Posted February 8, 2006 Wow! Three post in as many minutes - a new record for me! Maybe I feel a need to help fill a certain void on the board - Any way. I'm thinking about new skis this week and need an all mountain ski that'll let me ski from NASTAr over through Barney Bumps to some RAzors rippers. I'm looking at head XRC1100's, atomic SX10's or metrons, Rossi B2's all of which I think I can get in my budget on the net or next weeks sales - any input? Quote
Justo8484 Posted February 8, 2006 Report Posted February 8, 2006 out of everything you said, the xrc is going to handle the different types of terrain the best, provided you have something a little wider for trips out west or for the slushy spring (january?) days. the xrc is rock solid on icy stuff, so they should work well for the nastar course and for ripping it up on razors, but they arent stiff enough to really punish you in the bumps.
