The last day of Jack Frost turned out to be better than I expected. I hit the area of the Hazleton exit on 80 and saw there was about an inch of fresh snow in the trees and grass. I was praying that this was also the case at JF, because I ran into the same thing Sat., but JF ended up not having quite as much. To my delight, JF ended up getting about an inch of snow, on the mountain :wiggle:rock . This made the runs a lot nicer and it stayed fairly cold and cloudy, along with snow showers up to the end of the day. The snow got soft, but didn't mush up. East mountain stayed really good throughout the entire day. Now, I guess it's off to Elk Mt. and the places in NY, since my home is now closed :( .
