A front board is when you turn backside(toes) onto a rail, and boardslide it traveling backwards. You approach from the Left side (in the case of a regular footed rider). A Backside boardslide is when you turn frontside (heels) into a boardslide, traveling fowards. You approach from the Right side of the rail. (in the case of a regular footed rider) Lemme get a little more tech.(imagine a regular-footed snowboarder, again) A Backside Lipslide is when you turn backside onto a rail (toes, buddy), and end up traveling backwards BUT, the approach is different. For it to be a back lip, you approach it from the Right side of the rail. You end up lifting your tail over the rail to get on. A frontside Lipslide is when you turn frontside onto a rail (frontside is heels), and end up traveling fowards. The approach is also different. For it to be a front lip, you approach from the left side of the rail, and end up lifting your tail over the rail to get on. Hope this helps. PM me if you really don't understand it.
