bear creek office hours?

i searched but couldnt find any info on this. im buying a bc pass this year, and i need to know the sales office hours so i can drive up and get it since i dont have a credit card to order with.

not homeless just a bit dumb. didnt even think of email. and i dont bother having a home phone, cheaper for me just to have a cell phone

i just called them, and honestly...

 

it takes forever to talk to someone (push this, push that, then this etc)

then you have to push even more shit to get the right departement you want, its all messed up

 

so i get the season pass office, it rings and rings, so i get their voice mail. "leave a message blah blah blah"

i wouldve liked to have something say "thank you for calling bear creek season pass office, our hours are ?-?"

 

they need to work on the phone system (unless this is just a summer thing)

Our hours for Guest Services during the pre-season are:

 

September and October

Monday through Friday: 9am-5pm

Saturdays: 9am-3pm

October 28 & 29 (Fall Festival): 10am-5pm

 

November

Mondays & Thursdays: 9am-8pm

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9am-5pm

Saturdays: 9am-3pm

Guest Services will be closed for Thanksgiving on November 23.

 

December

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 9am-8pm

Tuesdays and Fridays: 9am-5pm

Saturdays: 9am-3pm
