It's a wheel mount for the top of a sixpack tower.

Oh that thing. That is a microwave oven. That's how big they were back in the day. Technology is amazing.

That is right next to the covered bridge on Covered Bridge Road in Lower Towamensing Twp. It's right near Blue Mountain. It used to be a conveyor I think for an old sand quarry.

My bad, I looked at the calender wrong. Should be 10/1. DUH!
