Ski Posted October 28, 2006 Report Posted October 28, 2006 That blows. It's like they said: "Ratings are sketchy as is, so let's make it subscription based and only available online, so virtually nobody in the US will see any racing." And, btw, the opening WC races were cancelled because of rain and warm temps. Quote
trtaylor Posted November 12, 2006 Author Report Posted November 12, 2006 That blows. It's like they said: "Ratings are sketchy as is, so let's make it subscription based and only available online, so virtually nobody in the US will see any racing." And, btw, the opening WC races were cancelled because of rain and warm temps. I watched yesterday's race via the web at www.wcsn.com and it really wasn't bad at all. Sure, would be nice if it was a higher quality stream, but all in all not bad. Certainly way better than the alternative - which is nothing. I'd encourage everyone to sign up for the service, if you have any interest al all in World Cup racing. WCSN is planning to market their offering to cable providers, so the more interest they can show, the better. Quote
