Shadows Posted December 1, 2006 Report Posted December 1, 2006 whats the difference between google maps and google earth? Quote
Schif Posted December 1, 2006 Report Posted December 1, 2006 it's cooler on google earth where you can flatten out the image and look at it from the parking lot Agreed, and you can rotate the whole image so you're looking at it like a trail map from the bottom up. Quote
AtomicSkier Posted December 1, 2006 Report Posted December 1, 2006 That's so awesome way steezier than the trail map....wow...I saw that awhile ago when I first tried google earth. Blue haters who think the trails are boring and all straight should look at this map. It's cool to see the open spaces between the trails. The area between Paradise and Razors is pretty large...They could make that all into a big bowl or something..They could also build a cool run between lazy mile and switchback culminating in a steep drop onto shuttle..It's cool how every square inch of ski terrain is covered by the regions best snowmaking system.
