method9455 Posted December 1, 2006 Report Posted December 1, 2006 Just a heads up to anyone who was considering going anywhere this weekend, Hunter closed down yesterday but apparently now everyone is close as far north as Killington and even farther north to Jay Peak. Tremblant is still open, but only 5 trails. Looks like Sunday is good for most places but I wouldn't hold my breath for it. By next weekend though, looks like the north will be solid again. Quote

Well, I'm thinking about this Sunday...nobody will be making snow with 50mph winds on Saturday. This weather has been great for Sno, though...and a friend of mine said the higher-up's had openly tossed around the idea of always shooting to be the first Pocono ski area to open, starting next season.
