Dude, firstly, you realize that some people would rather watch it and not see the results in a thread headline? Secondly, I don't root against Bode. I think he acts like an asshead and is a shitty role model, but I really hopes he finds out that partying all night before races as opposed to listening to his coaches isn't going to extend his race career. So far this season, Bode has finished 41, 29, 14, DNF, DNF, 1st. The two DNF's were yesterday, btw, and I don't remember posting "Hey, 1st Grade, did you see that Bode is washed up?" Do you really think it's cool to make the US Olympic Team in five events, drink and party the night before each race, then either fall down or otherwise fail miserably at each opportunity? No, because you're not an idiot. You just want to stir things up. Here's the bottom line: Bode has an amazing natural talent. When he is hungover he falls down and makes lame excuses. When he trains and is focused, he wins and gives fantastic course and strategy information that is useful to kids and everyone else. He's not just a role model for winning, but he can pick apart a race course better than any other racer I've ever listened to. So, when he's a drunken idiot, I have no interest in Bode. When he's sober and focused, he's a treasure trove of knowledge.

They don't need to rely on First Grade Teacher posting it in a headline. Here's a tip: post whatever you want inside the message, but put a warning in the header. Or, wait two days and post whatever you want in the headline. But a lot of us watch 'same day coverage' that isn't available until up to 24 hrs after the race. Just because you FEEL like it doesn't effect anyone that you posted it in the headline, doesn't mean that's true. Okay? Got it? Or does it disrupt your life and love of posting about ski racing too much? And the Bode arguement is tired and old. My 6 yr old's favorite racer is Nicole Hosp, so Bode's boozing doesn't have any impact on my family. But maybe if you ever have a kid, you'll understand a little better. The race is carried online, both live and on a delay, depending on what subscription service you choose. Or, people can wait over a week and catch it on NBC. So, uh, it seems you NEED to be lectured because you don't seem to understand. And that's why I didn't bitch at you too hard when you first did it: I assumed it was an honest mistake and not malicious. Okay, is that clear? There are multiple ways to watch World Cup racing, not just on NBC. I didn't say don't post about it, just wait TWO days before including results in a header. And I don't understand why it's so hard to exclude the winner in a header. Does it somehow detract from the rest of the post? And you're threatening to post results right after every race? Is you're goal at PASR to have just about everyone think you're a dick? Again, what exactly is your problem with me? What specifically did I ever do or say to you to get this kind of crap?
