Schif
Its kind of funny, but I'd rather have someone shooting for the stars than just sitting back and throwing something together.
Papasteeze
Well that is cool, looks like they are going for the Olympic Niche market with a Super pipe and Boarder Cross trail then?
Metz the Jersey boy
Mr. Carlson contends Sno Mountain can compete with bigger resorts in the Poconos. But Jim Tust, manager of Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, does not see Sno Mountain taking away business. Mr. Tust said his biggest competition comes from resorts in the Catskills and New England. Personally I think that Shawnee needs a new manager. Aparently Mr Tust doesn't realize that his biggest competition comes from the 4 resorts within 25 minutes of shawnee that DON'T suck. Sno Mountain Skier
I have mentioned it and I will say it again. In the National 13 and under freestyle competition held at 80 resorts around the country and Canada. Last year the qualifiers had snow boarders outnumbering skiers 2 to 1 - but at the National Finals, Skiers outnumber Riders 2 to 1. What is the explanation for the reversal? I think it is that skiers are still underated in the park and people like Neptune are missing "Capitalizing on the trend" I dont think Neptune even know skiers are in the parks. At the meeting he seemed really biased to the skiers opinions.

Is there a huge difference in the way skiers like things set up as opposed to boarders?
