bigdaddyk Posted December 31, 2006 Report Share Posted December 31, 2006 As I approached on the main road, there was snow on the roadway, which is always a great sign . It was 24 degrees as I pulled in at 7:45 and all sorts of guns were blowing (small guns, big guns, etc.). Challenge was open with the big guns blowing on it. The left side of the trail was the less sticky side. East Mt. had snow blown on it and was sweet...the guns were off on that part of the mountain, so it was really great skiing. The fans on Challenge were turned off as the morning went on and the snow got packed down, making it less sticky, but it was still soft and nice. The snow was great, I just hate it that it is supposed to rain now . I left after 18 runs at 11:00 and it had warmed up to 38. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
