Does anyone know who's spraying the crowd?? Hint -- he rides the park??

Is it Tony Keller?

Also any insight on my last question?

Thanks for the info. Yeah I understand about keeping laurel a learning park. Will the laurel pipe be open on thursday? And will any new features be on laurel? I know you guys were planning on putting a few more things in there.

Also how many nights of decent snowmaking would it take to open rhodo? If we get about 3-4 days a week is 2 weeks possible?

I have a flowboard. It rides like a snowboard in some respects, except that it is more unstable because there isn't a big flat spot in the middle. It also doesn't stop like a snowboard, when you turn it it kind of slides sideways and is really scary. Its fun, but I just got a downhill long board (Original Custom 35) with springloaded trucks and really grippy wheels, that is a hell of a lot of fun. If it didn't hurt so much to fall I'd say it feels as good as cruising on a snowboard on most days on a green trail. There isn't a road as steep as a blue or a black, and there isn't the same level of control on a long board, but it is still a lot of fun.

Wow, this is sad. I met Sibby, ski999, and most of you other freaks there. :( Granted, I don't use that board much anymore, but have great memories of trying to figure out who was who, identifying and befriending those with parallel interests, and laughing it up to escape the more repressive aspects of life.

i does suck that the CB board is down, but i do like the way this is board is set up with better organization and no spam. good job guys, glad to join.

Does anyone have a FlowBoard? The skateboard thing that has several wheels on the front and rear trucks?? I saw it advertised on FUEL.. I think that has got to be the closest thing to Sboarding, that's not really Sboarding???

i've ridden Free Boards a few time. I don't know if you mean a free board but a free board has trucks with a very side hangar and a wheel that spins 360 degrees over the king pin. I rode these everal times over break and easily the closest feeling to a snowboard i've felt. You can ride at very fast speeds and still maintain complete control of the board. It was like a pow day on asphalt, haha

just ride a skateboard and if you want to carve and shit just loosen up the trucks a bunch, you look like a homo slashing turns of those flowbaord things with like 8 wheels on each truck

Who cares what you look like, they are fun and are better for your balance than any 4 wheel board for sure. I do want to try out the free board, but I just got a downhill long board so that is super fun. I got the Origianal Custom 35, made in NJ with super grippy trucks, they are great. It has a concave shape so when you are pushing it you still get good leverage, it has been helping cure the lack of snow blues for me this winter.
