supertrooper12 Posted January 9, 2007 Author Report Posted January 9, 2007 alright cool, it would be sick if they could get open by the weekend. Quote

photog Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 Looks like they just shut them down around 10am Does anybody think there will be a chance they will be open this weekend ? Quote
Tyler Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 Bear Creek's update for today: Snowmaking Has Returned! Colder than predicted temperatures last night (low 27F, 67% humidity) have allowed for good production after 2AM! We also anticipate good snowmaking tonight and Wednesday night! I dont know about opening this weekend, i guess we will know after the next two nights Quote
Tyler Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 thursday night also could be a possibility for blowing Quote
ltd_chick78 Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 a single tear of joy just ran down my cheek. Quote

nick Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 they're blowing again right now............yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! umm the lights are on but i dont see any snow coming out of the blowers, i dont know what your talking about???? Quote
ltd_chick78 Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 ??? totally confused. i was on their site fifteen minutes ago and it totally showed them blowing on cascade. and now it doesn't. well. if they're not now, they should be soon..... Quote
method9455 Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 Looks like some guns are on but not all yet, temperature is probably dropping and just crossed the threshold. The coldest part of the night is actually pretty late so this is a good sign. They should have a solid night, plus they're blowing onto snow covered ground now rather than grass so it builds up a lot faster. Quote
