trimreaper Posted January 23, 2007 Report Posted January 23, 2007 thats what i overheard from some ski patrol last nite im not sure if it was true or not, I'm sure the last thing on the snowmakers minds is making wet snow so a few losers cant ski on a closed trail. Quote
toast21602 Posted January 23, 2007 Report Posted January 23, 2007 I'm sure the last thing on the snowmakers minds is making wet snow so a few losers cant ski on a closed trail. but SKI PATROL said it... so it must be true. i figured maybe ski patrol could watch and make sure nobody goes down. ya know, instead of blowing their stupid whistle at me for skiing switch down lazy and carving turns around the people on their asses. Stevo Posted January 23, 2007 Report Posted January 23, 2007 One idea that I have would be to take a few chairs off the lift and increase the spacing between chairs. They could increase the speed of the lift and still allow ample time for loading in the station. They would handle several fewer riders an hour with this method, but if the lift does not have to stop as often, it should not make a huge impact. Yeah, let's run the lift at double speed to get the same amount of people to the top. Even so, the lift is made to haul ass. Splitting the load in half on that lift would be a huge waste of energy. makes no sense, sorry i hope ski patrol doesnt start being gay in the park or anything.. Because skiing down the steps and telling people landing on jumps to slow down is a very heterosexual thing to do... i'm tired of people believing every fucking thing that "ski patrol", the Gods of the mountain, say... screw them. Beginning of the season, one ski patroller said that the bus was "on lazy mile". What a shocker when it wasn't there... There alot of good fiction writers on here. RodeoSteve, that hast to be the BIGGEST BULLS*IT STORY EVER! HAHA, dude, i saw him go down. Quote
snownskateguy Posted January 23, 2007 Report Posted January 23, 2007 Because skiing down the steps and telling people landing on jumps to slow down is a very heterosexual thing to do... haha okayy... i gotcha.. i personally havent experienced anything like that in the park yet, but i DID mean more along the lines of them yelling at people... hope they dont try to make the park more safe or whatever Quote
