LineSki Posted November 5, 2004 Author Report Posted November 5, 2004 driving isnt a problem, nor spending my money Quote
tretiak Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 then i would say killington but thats my opinion Quote
LineSki Posted November 5, 2004 Author Report Posted November 5, 2004 you think okemo would have time to get their park open if they started making snow yesterday and they dont open till next friday. thats alot of snow, and also and expected natural snowfall Quote
skimom Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 K-Mart has more snowmaking capacity, but expect to pay a lot. Okemo may be more reasonable about the cost given that there won't be much to ski on. The two areas are close to each other anyway...why not 1 day at each! Quote

gtd Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 I would recommend Okemo, with the price of the ASC season pass this season I think Killington will be crowded. ASC sold alot of season passes for $299 that are good at all six of the area's, however Killington will probably be the only ASC area open until the weekend before Thanksgiving. Quote
romemadman Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 okemo doesn't have there terrain park open this early becasuse of ow much snow they need 4 their ig hits and tall rails but they say that they will have a top to bottom trail rout ready for oping day but no terrain park their half pipe doesn't open until late december early january it is one of their last priorities Quote
