Ski Posted November 6, 2004 Report Posted November 6, 2004 How 'inside' are you at Camelback? If you don't wanna reveal your position, i understand <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ski911 is Sam Newman. Quote
ski911 Posted November 7, 2004 Report Posted November 7, 2004 Thanks...I think, lets just say I am very well versed on all things CB and can provide very accurate info. (maybe my screenname is a clue) Quote
AtomicSkier Posted November 7, 2004 Report Posted November 7, 2004 Ski911 is Sam Newman. how'd ya know that? anyway, nice to see you here, and hope you enjoy. Quote
Ski Posted November 7, 2004 Report Posted November 7, 2004 I was just kidding Ski911; we've probably run into one-another at some point in the past. Quote
skimom Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 (edited) Ski911 is Sam Newman. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Anyone hear of Sam snowboarding? Doesn't ring a bell. More likely one of the Daves. The Daves would also be more likely to make a play on 999, don't you think? Edited November 8, 2004 by skimom Quote
ThinkSnow Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 I'm takin this guy to be a CB patroller (thus the 911).... doesn't seem like he's taking shots at 999 Quote
Glenn Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 I'm takin this guy to be a CB patroller (thus the 911).... doesn't seem like he's taking shots at 999 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Or a first aid! Quote

skidude Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 The question is, how many patrolers/rangers ski and snowboard? Quote
Glenn Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 The question is, how many patrolers/rangers ski and snowboard? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah that makes me think he is a first aid.... there's more of them. Quote
Ski Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 The question is, how many patrolers/rangers ski and snowboard? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Anyone that works or even volunteers at CB has to remain anonymous here if they want to be free to be even slightly critical of CB. 'Dude, DaveK has made it perfectly clear with you and me that he's willing to cause problem with race careers should either of us be critical of their policies. With me, he tried it; with you, as I recall, he threatened it. And do any of us remember him threatening the admin of this board with some abiguous legal consequence should we state a negative opinion of CB? What a JERKWAD! So welcome here and be anonymous and free Ski911! Just remember that donut boy is sniffing about for any dissent. Quote
skidude Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Isn't first aid the same as ski partrol (red jackets) The rangers are the yellow jackets Quote
ThinkSnow Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Isn't first aid the same as ski partrol (red jackets) The rangers are the yellow jackets <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah... I consider first aid and ski patrol the same thing.... That's what I meant with my comment earlier.. liken them to an EMT and you get the 911... I don't think he meant it to be rocket science Quote
skidude Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Think, I think u are underthinking this just a little too much Quote
Glenn Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 My bad, I always considered rangers the same as patrol. Anyways, I only saw one ranger ever to snowboard, but a quite a few first aid. Quote
AtomicSkier Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Think,I think u are underthinking this just a little too much don't you mean overthinking it? Quote
skidude Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Sorry jeff, for got... <sarcasim> Quote
ski911 Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Wow, I have never been the topic of this much discussion before, thanks. I will attempt to stay as anonymous as possible because of my fear of the lack of first ammendment rights we have (thanks George W.). I really do not have too much negative to say about CB so this shouldn't be a problem. Besides, have you seen the Daves? Your grandma's could kick their asses! (just kiddin' Daves) There are quite a few Patrollers and Rangers that do the dual sport thing, and no, I am not Sam Newman. Quote
Ski Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Some of us know the Daves...and some of us have even posted DaveK pictures. But my grandmother would lose a fight with DaveK because he would eat her. Really. Quote
skidude Posted November 9, 2004 Report Posted November 9, 2004 Haha, I was thinking more on the line of sit on her ski. I saw him 2 weekends ago.....eww still haven't gotten over that experience Quote
AtomicSkier Posted November 9, 2004 Report Posted November 9, 2004 DaveyJ is a cool guy, really. We've had some fun times at Camelback. I have never met DaveK, nor do I want too after some quarrels with him over some issues. DaveK does not project a positive attitude towards me about Camelback, and if hes worried about his little messageboard being negative PR, maybe he should take a step back, and think about his actions. sibhusky Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Ski911 is Sam Newman. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, right, I can see Sam snowboarding! Quote
sibhusky Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Thanks...I think, lets just say I am very well versed on all things CB and can provide very accurate info. (maybe my screenname is a clue) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> EMT? Quote
