rgrwilco Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 a box that is close to the ground with a little lip on it   like a flat box? like the boxes bear already has like 4 of? Quote
Shadows Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 (edited) i suppose. from all the times ive been to bear they didnt really have anything that you could "progress" on. they had a long flat bar but not an equally long flat box to practice tricks. you guys are riding there all season so i cant say what you guys want. but you guys already have an s-rail. youre just adding to the circus. that s-rail is awesome though, i liked it. simplicity is usually the best way to go. it is nice to have features like an s-box or that u-box etc, but not out on the hill everyday. for everyday riding it should be varying sizes of flat boxes, flat rails in different widths and lengths, some mellow kinks etc. Â like, ive never seen a long flat box there. maybe cause i never rode there enough but all the boxes there were short, that i saw. snowboarddude Posted September 25, 2007 Author Report Posted September 25, 2007 i meen like box like the butter box only alot smaller and bear has a s rail but not very many people can do it so i think i might be a good idea for bear 2 add another one that is wider and easier but that is just my opinion Quote

burton71 Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 S-boxes and s-rails get boring after a while. Â I think what bear could use is a nice mellow battleship. They had one set up using 3 rails last year, but it would be cool to have it be 1 unit so those 3 rails could get used else where. Â I'd also love to see the 420 box set up with a drop gap to the picinic table. Quote
skeer_tomas Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 /\ thats what im talkin' about. i've been dying for that setup again. the picnic table going down at the end of the 420 would be sick too. Quote

k2wwwkid Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 i think bear should do somthing like the plaza at boulder   i still think bear needs another s box and they need another box that they can set up with a little gap on and a little gap off  and maybe a box in between the flows and butter box in size Quote

stbgskibum247 Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 Boxes are great, but how about some different types of kinked rails. A whole, whole, whole bunch of barrel bonks all over the place would be really fun too. Or just random objects in the park that we can move around... Quote

Tyler Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 bear creek always has atleast 3 flat boxes and 2-3 flat rails out, so there are plenty to progress on. i am so excited to hit up that double c box, i have been wanting one of them for a while. Quote
lumilautailija Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 (edited) they need some rails that you ollie on from the side and they should make the handrail down instead of flat Edited September 27, 2007 by lumilautailija Quote
skeer_tomas Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 WORST idea I have ever heard, sorry. Â no don't be. i'm sorry you feel that way. Quote
snowboarddude Posted September 28, 2007 Author Report Posted September 28, 2007 i think bear needs the butterbox with a littler lip an a littler landing n like have it more dug in the ground    also why are bears rails red and black i think they should make them more like white or pink like mammoth... i think that would make them look less challenging Quote
rgrwilco Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 because pink means pussy and theres already enough of that at bear Quote
GNU_rider Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 What about one of those barrel features where the barrel's on its side with transition up on either side of it, they also need to have the mail box make an appearance this year that and the barrel were short lived. Quote
Saurus Posted September 29, 2007 Report Posted September 29, 2007 they should so like make like a like 80 40 box like seriously Quote

yeah i think the mailbox was kind of forgotten about for a while last year. it served as a parking deterrent in front of the fab shop for a while. the way we set it up off the clif was pretty damn sweet so hopefully that or something similar can be arranged again. the barrel was more like a mid season idea that was broken a couple times before we figured out a good way to set it up. i would assume it will make another appearance this year. snowboarddude Posted September 29, 2007 Author Report Posted September 29, 2007 i love that barrel it was sick!! Quote
k2rider2690 Posted September 30, 2007 Report Posted September 30, 2007 nah the barel bonk was set up shitty last year, you should have it set up that you can come from any angle you want with quarter pipe ramp up to it, so much better. idk i mean you all are talking about just flat stuff, bear has that all over the mtn if you look, so idk why we keep complaining about it. and for whoever said bear has circus rails, have you been to blue mtn? every rail that was out this past year was not impossible and very progressible. cant wait to see the new set up in the super park! Saurus Posted September 30, 2007 Report Posted September 30, 2007 haha bear has about 5 b/s rails Quote
snowboarddude Posted September 30, 2007 Author Report Posted September 30, 2007 i loved how they had it for the last week like that jump over it and it looked sick to 3 over Quote
